Suite Services - This all-new option supports multiple telephones in a single suite with full feature access for guests, while allowing properties to handle them as a single extension for administration purposes.

Voice Mail - Accessible in-room or from any touch tone telephone. Each system accommodates up to four different languages.

Simultaneous Voice and Data Access - Supports traffic capacity for dual porting - two lines per guest room - for voice and data access.

Conferencing - Supports up to five parties at the hotel or off-site.

Class Services on Analog Sets - Station Side CLASS (Custom Local Area Signalling Services) for guest rooms allows guests to see who is calling internally and externally. Flexible system programming enables room to room calls to display guest name only (no extension or number or caller ID is displayed).

Speed Dialing - Guest room phones can be programmed for simple access to property services.

Mitel SX-200 Inn Solutions support a range of essential guest management features accessible through the console, allowing hotel staff to:

Flexible Call Handling

Flexible call handling features - multiple night services, call rerouting, call pickup, trunk answer from any station, sub-attendant -- allow staff to answer calls wherever they are, helping reduce the number of staff required and freeing them to serve guests.

Integrated Auto Attendant
